As an independent stylist, my time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled and considered a no-show, as it impacts the appointments scheduled after yours.
